This paper is to offer an insight into the experience of collaborative projects in this field and offer advice for those looking to run similar projects. roles do academics and creative practitioners play in REACT projects? What does it feel like to do collaborative work? What can we learn from the experience of our participants?

Curating Collaboration was the second working paper written by REACT's Research Fellow, Simon Moreton. Released in late 2013, it gathers together material generated by interviews with collaborators from REACT’s first two funding calls, Heritage and Books and Print, and observations of the REACT process to investigate how professional identities, personal experiences and curation interplay in collaborative R&D.
