Connecting to Innovate

A report on the AHRC Hubs

“Connecting to Innovate” is the first step in mapping the many and varied achievements of the Arts and Humanities Research Council’s four Knowledge Exchange Hubs for the Creative Economy, a programme that ran from 2012–2016.

The Hubs, of which REACT is one, have been a remarkable experiment in academic collaboration with the creative economy. They represent an extraordinary journey where generosity, invention, and creativity have led the charge to make universities fit for business in the 21st Century.

This report is the first in a series exploring the many insights uncovered by the hubs and has been produced as part of collaborative research process led by Dr Timothy J Senior.  The report was written by Dr. Timothy J. Senior, with Professor Rachel Cooper, Professor Jon Dovey, Professor Georgina Follett and Professor Morag Shiach
